Within Europe, we exclusively use shipment via a shipping company.

Shipping days: after receipt of payment until Thursday at 9:00 a.m.

Shipping company: Shipping from Monday to Thursday (delivery time: 1-7 working days)

Depending on the total weight of the shopping cart and the country, these shipping costs will apply:

Shipping costs within Germany

45,00 € incl. VAT up to 100 kg
90,00 € incl. VAT 100 kg to 200 kg
145,00 € incl. VAT 200 kg to 400 kg
340,00 € incl. VAT from 400 kg

Shipping costs within the Eurozone

100,00 € plus VAT up to 100 kg
200,00 € plus VAT 100 kg to 200 kg
300,00 € plus VAT 200 kg to 400 kg
400,00 € plus VAT from 400 kg

Note for deliveries outside Germany:

Since 01.07.2021 a new regulation of distance selling applies. This has the consequence that deliveries of goods to private individuals are shown with the VAT of the country of destination. Final prices may differ from those stated in our online shop due to the country-specific VAT rate.

The prices quoted include the statutory value-added tax. Our flat rate shipping fee includes shipping costs, packaging material, and logistics. You pay the shipping costs once per order, there are no further costs.

Shipping and return

Your shipping package

Packages are normally delivered 2 days after payment is received via UPS with order tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer to receive a UPS shipment by registered mail, additional charges will apply. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. We will send you an order tracking link regardless of which delivery method you choose.

Delivery charges include loading and packing charges as well as postage. Loading charges are fixed, with transport charges fluctuating, depending on the total weight of the parcel. We advise you to combine multiple items into one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping charges are calculated separately for each order. Your parcel will be shipped at your risk, but fragile goods will be handled with extra care.

The shipping boxes are cut wide and your goods are packed well protected.
